The CAREit app is a way for you, the user, to make bonus money at work. Your employer is offering recurring bonuses, in exchange for your time spent working hard. 

Set a goal, earn points, enter raffles, take surveys, reach your goal timeline, cash out, repeat! It's that simple. 

Once you complete your goal timeline. Points can only be used within the app until they 'unlock' after you complete your work commitment. 

This depends on your employers settings but most users earn points daily, for just being a trusted employee, by going above and beyond while at work, hitting business goals (sales, speed of service, etc), picking up a shift, and more. 

Raffles are an extra perk your employer wants to offer each month....just for being part of the team. 

They are free to enter once per day...but...if you want to enter them more often, use your points to enter more :) These are no-strings-attached prize opportunities. 

Surveys allow your employer to get to know you a little bit more. As you answer the questions, the raffle prizes get more specific to your teams needs and interests.
