When Covid-19 hit, restaurants started turning off their BiteHeist accounts due to major staffing shortages. Kyle learned of a much bigger problem: frontline workers were quitting left and right. Inspired by corporate platforms that provided vested benefits for employees, Kyle launched CAREit for hourly, frontline workers.

Kyle Bagley is a serial entrepreneur based in Oklahoma City. Kyle started his first business in college, a marketing product that would text students. He ended up selling that company and moved to Florida to launch BiteHeist, an online ordering company for restaurants.
BiteHeist grew to over 300 restaurant locations, working with major chains such as Outback Steakhouse, Bob’s Burgers and Bahama Bucks.
